Docklands - priorities

Engage with Development Victoria

Ensure that Development Victoria is more actively engaged with Docklands residents and businesses, facilitating meaningful consultations about ongoing developments and infrastructure improvements. Alternately, advocate for Development Victoria to be removed from the Docklands Act and hand over planning powers.

Traffic Management Post-Events

Develop a comprehensive traffic management plan to handle the influx of vehicles after major events at Docklands Stadium, minimising congestion and ensuring pedestrian safety.

New High School

Advocate for the establishment of a new high school in Docklands to cater to the growing number of families living in the area. Or for the Docklands accessibility to a new high school at Arden through better connection of Docklands to Arden.

Protest Management

Work with protest organisers and law enforcement to ensure that demonstrations at 808 Docklands do not disrupt residents or negatively impact local businesses.
