Southbank - priorities

Remove Trucks from City Road

Prioritise removing heavy truck traffic from City Road by encouraging the use of existing tunnels, reducing congestion, noise, and pollution in the Southbank area.

Address Kavanagh Street 'Rat Runs'

Develop a strategy to mitigate the issue of 'rat running' along Kavanagh Street, ensuring that residential streets are not used as shortcuts by through-traffic.

Create Pocket Parks

Increase the number of pocket parks in Southbank to provide green spaces for residents to enjoy and improve overall neighborhood liveability.

Cleanliness and Graffiti

Improve cleanliness in Southbank by removing graffiti more efficiently and ensuring that public spaces are regularly maintained.
